We prioritizes mothers' overall health and wellness as they navigate their pregnancy fitness journeys—drawing inspiration from the personal experiences of co-founder, 3x Olympian, professional runner and mother of two Shannon Rowbury and co-founder, Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy specialist and mother, Jess Dorrington.
